Flotilla 12-42 is led by the elected Flotilla Commander and Vice Flotilla
Commander. In addition we have other appointed officers which head up operational areas similar to the missions of the Coast Guard. All flotilla staff officers are appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the elected Flotilla Commander and report to the elected Vice Flotilla Commander.
