The following are two important Auxiliary electronic forms that each flotilla member should complete for timely reporting of information to AUXDATA.

Form 7029H - MEMBER ACTIVITY LOG - Updated March 2011

This form is used to report all activities not reported on other AUXDATA reports. Include study time for classes, travel time to meetings, preparation of FSO reports, etc. Click on the link above for the PDF paper version.  Complete this form following the included instructions.

Note: An Electronic Submittal version of the new form 7029H is now available by clicking here.  Instructions on how to use this form are online with the form.  It is recommended that you now use this Electronic version of the 7029H form.
